KINS Yamim Noraim Babysitting Registration

Please complete one form PER CHILD that will be attending KINS babysitting over Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Forms must be SUBMITTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
There will be groups available for ages 6 months-2 years old, 3-6 years old, and 7-11 years old. Children ages 12 and older are expected to be with their parents during davening, not roaming the hallways. 

PLEASE NOTE: Parents with children in diapers are expected to change all diapers, no diapers will be changed by babysitters.

GROUPS SCHEDULE:

Rosh Hashanah Groups (both days): 9:30 am until the end of davening

Yom Kippur - Kol Nidre: Kol Nidre until the end of davening (3+)

Yom Kippur - Morning: 9:30am until the end of davening

Yom Kippur - Neilah: From start of Neilah until end of davening (3+)

Suggested donation: $18 per child for one of the yamim tovim/$36 for both

Parent must remain in building while child(ren) attend groups.
