KINS High Holiday Youth Group and Babysitting Registration

Please complete one form PER CHILD that will be attending KINS Youth Groups and/or babysitting over Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Forms must be SUBMITTED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
Children must be age 3 or above for babysitting.

Rosh Hashanah Groups (both days): 10am until the end of davening

Yom Kippur Maariv: Kol Nidre until the end of davening

Yom Kippur Babysitting: 10am until 2:30pm

Suggested donation: $18 per child for one of the yamim tovim/$36 for both

Parent must remain in building while child(ren) attend groups.
